The guest house Martas Nams (Marta’s Cottage) is located on the circle surrounding Ventspils city centre. Riņķa street is the boundary between the hustle and bustle of the city and the tranquillity of the country, where you can feel the freshness of the sea and the aroma of pine-tree resin vibrating in the air.
 

Marta’s Cottage is an excellent place to relax at the same time being a short distance from the main touristic and commercial sites. It takes just a seven minutes stroll to get to the Baltic Sea, Seaside Open-Air Museum, Seaside Park or the Beach Aquapark. Walking the opposite way you will be able to enjoy yourself in the Adventure Park or attend lectures at Ventspils University College. Ostas Street Promenade and the Business Centre are just 15 minutes’ walk away.
 

The guest house is a beautiful wooden architecture residential property, which was renovated in 2012. 9 well furnished rooms can accommodate up to 23 guests. The rooms are designed in light colours, they have modern interior and are equipped with up-to-date bathroom facilities, making you feel cosy and comfortable. There is a Wi-Fi connection, a TV and a kitchenette (an electric kettle, a fridge and tableware) in every room, but you can also cook a bigger meal in a separate kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. Every guest is provided with a comfortable bed, clean and crisp bed sheets for sound sleep and a towel and liquid soap for comfort. If you stay longer, the washing machine will be at your disposal.
 

The guest house has a spacious secluded courtyard for adults to feel safe about their cars and for children to play in fresh air. Guests can also use a grill on a nicely furnished terrace or a sauna to relax and improve their health.
